POCUS Wales was created to make point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) learning simple, practical, and clinically relevant. As a frontline clinician, we found that most resources were either too theoretical or not easily applicable to real-world decision-making on the ward.
This platform is designed to bridge that gap ,sharing concise cases, real clinical scenarios, and practical insights that can directly improve patient care. The aim is not just to learn ultrasound, but to integrate it meaningfully into everyday clinical practice.
Through regular case-based learning and focused teaching, POCUS Wales hopes to support clinicians at all levels in developing confidence, improving diagnostic accuracy, and ultimately delivering better, faster care for patients.
